Our Proactive Approach to Selling a Home:

  • Submit your home to our Multiple Listing Service.

  • Price your home competitively to open the market vs. narrowing the market.

  • Promote your home at our weekly Northern California Coldwell Banker sales meetings.

  • Develop a list of features describing your home for the Brokers to use with their potential buyers.

  • Email a flyer to the top agents in the marketplace for their potential buyers.

  • Suggest and advise any changes you may want to make in your property that will make it more sellable.

  • Constantly provide you with updates and changes in the marketplace.

  • Prospect three hours per day and talk to 50 people per day to secure potential buyers.

  • In the first 7 days, we'll contact our buyer leads, sphere of influence and past clients for their referrals and prospective buyers.

  • Add additional exposure through a professional sign and lockbox.

  • Prequalify prospective buyers when possible.

  • Keep you aware of the various models of financing that a buyer may want to use.

  • When possible, have the cooperating brokers in your area tour your home.

  • Follow up with salespeople who have shown your home for feedback and response.

  • Assist you in arranging interim financing, when necessary.

  • Represent you on all offer presentations to ensure we're negotiating the best possible price and terms.

  • Handle all follow-up during the contract acceptance process, including mortgage, title, and other closing paperwork/procedures.

  • Deliver your check at closing.
