Suggest and advise any changes you may want to make in your property that will make it more sellable.

Constantly provide you with updates and changes in the marketplace.

Prospect three hours per day and talk to 50 people per day to secure potential buyers.

In the first 7 days, we'll contact our buyer leads, sphere of influence and past clients for their referrals and prospective buyers.

Add additional exposure through a professional sign and lockbox.

Prequalify prospective buyers when possible.

Keep you aware of the various models of financing that a buyer may want to use.

When possible, have the cooperating brokers in your area tour your home.

Follow up with salespeople who have shown your home for feedback and response.

Assist you in arranging interim financing, when necessary.

Represent you on all offer presentations to ensure we're negotiating the best possible price and terms.

Handle all follow-up during the contract acceptance process, including mortgage, title, and other closing paperwork/procedures.
